One of SATSA’s aims is to achieve the highest standards in the tourism industry.
Membership in the association also ensures that SATSA provides a guarantee for payments a customer makes to the respective SATSA member for future travel services. Should the SATSA member concerned have to file for insolvency before providing the contractually agreed travel services, the SATSA guarantee ensures the services are delivered or a full refund is made.
